Design & Engineering
Once you come to us with your ideas and we do some planning, everything starts with a 3D CAD design of your product. But it's not just about the CAD model - our professional engineers perform calculations and analyses, design parts for specific manufacturing methods, and prepare complete drawing packages. The design is the basis for every subsequent step, and can be leveraged for new products, improvements, and more.

Prototyping & Testing
We have a full machine shop with 5 axis CNC milling and turning, 3D printers, sheet metal tools, an injection molding machine, an electronics lab, and more. It's critical to prototype and test your product before investing in production. Typically a project involves multiple prototypes, tweaking the design each time, so we focus on speed. We can make a design change in the office, step into the shop, and prototype the change the same day.

Launch
Once the product is engineered, prototyped, and tested, there's still lots to do. We can help you navigate any certifications and approvals necessary for sale. We can consult with larger scale manufacturers to get them ready for production. We can create photorealistic renders and animations for marketing materials, produce on-brand user manuals, and design custom packaging. We work with you every step of the way to make sure your product is a success!
